Mulay Polymers Pvt Ltd is an IATF certified company, manufacturing plastic injection moulded components since 30+ years, supplying to Piaggio Vehicles, Bajaj Auto, Exide Industries, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Autocomp systems and many more. We manufacture externally visible, high finish, aesthetic automobile components like 3W mudguards, dashboards & headlamps, & 2W helmet holders, footboards amongst others and high performance parts used in critical applications like engines, gear systems and batteries. We have developed 300 + critical moulds having complex part geometry and mould design by engaging closely with our customers.

Types of Major Engineering Plastics

• We process all types of major engineering plastics like nylon, polyacetyl, arnite, ABS and commodity plastics like PP, PPCP, PVC, LDPE and HDPE with product sizes ranging from 2gm-2Kg.
• We use PP and PE for manufacturing chassis components, nylon for gear and brake system components as well as steering column parts, nylon and filled PP are used for engine parts, and PP and ABS are used for battery parts and mirror system components.

We provide exterior and interior parts of the chassis like dashboards, mudguards, headlamp covers, footboards, helmet holders amongst others.

We supply ball bearing cages which fit into the steering column of 2 & 3 wheelers. We are specialized in manufacturing insert moulded ball cages. Currently, we are manufacturing around 15 lakhs cages per month and supplying to leading 2 wheeler manufacturers and all major 3 wheeler manufacturers in India. As these parts are delicate, we have developed special packing for the same.

We supply performance related components for four wheeler mirror system like back plate, regulation system base, base cover day night plate and lever body.

We also supply safety related components in 4 wheeler gear system like cable end fitting, toothed shafts, end caps, gear housing amongst others. We have installed various systems to ensure defect free manufacturing.

We supply to major automotive OEMs as well as some of leading original equipment suppliers. We are doing business with Piaggio since last 2 decades. Our shipments are delivered right from Baramati to Waluj, from chakan to Pantnagar and Haridwar as well to Zaheerabad, Chinchwad, Ahmednagar, and Taloja.
