- Technology transfer: Collaboration with companies/institutions for Technology transfer of Latest Technologies
- R&D: Process R&D in quality Management, Inspection & testing.
- Automation of Plant Opertaions
- To expand outside India: In the initial phase, manufacture in India & export to the required countries. After gaining traction, open a physical establishment in those countries, if required.
- Adding a capability: Product development (by collaborating with technology and design companies)
- Diversification: Along with the automotive sector, expand footprint to other sectors requiring plastic injection molded components.
